At UBA Source Boutique, we are committed to delivering your orders as smoothly and efficiently as possible. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based, our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.

Processing Time : As soon as we receive your payment, we immediately dispatch your order to our suppliers for order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging which can take additional 1–4 business days.

Shipping Time : Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Tracking : As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way from our website at any time at 'Track Your Order' page. Please note that while the majority of our shipping companies provide a tracking service, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
