Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated with tracking information throughout the journey.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment confirmation.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders, including those shipped to Germany and the EU, may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details before placing your order.
Note: We are working to enable duty collection at checkout for EU orders in the near future, which will eliminate any surprise charges at delivery.
Shipping Issues
