Refund policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a return request through your customer account at https://account.ubasourceboutique.com. If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Return Window All customers have 14 days from delivery of their last item to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost you paid at checkout (if applicable). Upgraded shipping costs are not refunded.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. To cancel, submit a cancellation request through your customer account or use the link in your SMS order confirmation.
